NZ Lamb’s wool ideal for use in poppet and sachet making, pillows and amulets. The lambs wool can also be used in rites and crafts to honour Aries the ram and the many Deity and guardians of sheep, flocks and shepherds.
A natural resource, the washed wool is from local sheep, grown on the property. Lisa’s philosophy is to grow good quality wool suitable for craft work. She shears once a year giving a lovely and long staple to the well skirted hogget and ewe fleeces. The lamb’s wool has a short staple, making it excellent for felting or for an experienced spinner. Lisa also spins her wool and is a felter too so is very familiar with craft requirements as well as being owner of Waitoki Plants and an ecological and landscape advisor.
