Butchers Broom Root (Ruscus aculeatus) Folk names are Kneeholy. Knee Holly. Kneeholm. Jew's Myrtle. Sweet Broom and Pettigree.  Used in divination, protection, wind and cleansing spells. Brooms were made to sweep the floor of Butcher market stalls thus the name.

Hollyhock (Alcea Rosea) The Hollyhock helps one connect to the past and the old ways, remembers past lives and enhances healing. It is said that the Fae use the flowers as clothing particularly as in skirts and cloaks and that the seed pods are known as Fairy cheese due to the pods being shaped like an old fashioned wheel of cheese. 

Hops (Humulus lupulus) Add to sleep pillows and sachets to help with healing and rest. A calming herb.

Horehound (Marrubium vulgare) Add to protection and healing sachets and incense. Sprinkle as an exorcism herb.
