Smoky Quartz helps to cleanse away unneeded and negative energies in general and enhances positive thought patterns while doing so. A very grounding stone so ideal for after any rituals, divination work or dream magick to help bring one back to earth so to speak. Cleanse the crystal on each waning or full moon if possible to wash away any negativity and/or other residue that may have built up on your crystal. Place under warm running water, in a stream, under the moon or out in the sunshine.
