A herb of courage and used as a hex breaking and un-crossing herb, to help one find lost objects and to summon courage. Poke Root is said to literally purge evil, negative influences and wrong doings, added to sachets, herb blends and incense smudge.
Classed as a Bane Herb, so precautions are to be taken.
