Labradorite is from the feldspar family first found in Labrador, Canada 1770, hence its name. It usually comes in blue and green sheens and has gold flecks and iridescent blue flashes making it mesmerizing to those fortunate to cast their eyes upon it.
Labradorite is sometimes known as the Witches or Sorcerers scrying stone. This is a stone associated with the Third Eye and when used it helps awaken magickal energies, enhances psychic abilities and sharpens the intuition. Also a stone of transformation, it may help one become the person they are destined for. Labradorite is said to balance and cleanse the aura and remove negative patterns, bad habits and unneeded thoughts.
