Aka Althea, Mallow Plant, Malvavisco, and Sweet Weed.
A herbaceous perennial plant native to Europe, North Africa and Western Asia. An ancient recipe of confections was once made from the root that eventually evolved into the Marshmallow treat of the modern world, but sadly they do not usually contain the actual Marshmallow root herb nowadays. Marshmallow Root has mucilage properties making it ideal to use as a lubricant and has thus been used in fertility, love and sex magick. It is calming, soothing and protecting and also used to enhance clairvoyance and psychic contact by use of incense and herb blends. Organic 20gm.
