Freyja also presides over the Folkvangr, a meadow where half of those that die in combat go upon their death. The other half go to odin in Valhalla. Freyja rides a chariot pulled by two Cats, is the owner of the necklace Brisingamen and is also known as the Queen of the Valkyries. Freyja’s father is Njord the Sea God and her brother is Frey, her Mother is unknown. Her Rune is Fehu, the Rune of abundance, fertility, prosperity and wealth.
