(Cuminum cyminum)
Aka Jeera, Kamoun, Kamin, Kreuzkummel, Kumin and Ku ming.
Cumin is a member of the parsley family and native to the Irano-Turanian regions. References date back older than 5,000 years when it was used in Egypt as a mummification ingredient for the bodies of the Pharaohs. A protective spice it is also said to enhance fidelity by sprinkling the seeds around the home and bed. Cumin has powers of retention so should one attempt to steal anything that contained Cumin they would then become entrapped within the home of the owners of that item! 20gm organic.
Picture to arrive, in the meantime our Black Bear will keep watch.
