Aka Carrageen Moss or Carraigin. A species of red algae/seaweed which grows along the rocky shores of the Atlantic Coasts of Europe and North America.
Known as a herb of luck it is carried to increase ones luck, added to luck poppets or in a sachet and placed in the home for the same energies.
A protective herb when traveling and can be added to money charms. An ideal herb when working with the Sea, Ocean and Water Gods and Deity as well as honouring the element of Water.
